This adventure provides a chance to explore diverse terrains, picturesque landscapes, local villages, traditional cuisine, verdant river valleys, and vibrant farmlands along the riverbanks. The Trishuli River originates from Gosainkunda, a Himalayan Lake located northwest of Kathmandu, with a legend attributing its creation to Lord Shiva's trident piercing a rocky mountain to form three springs that serve as the river's water sources. The prime seasons for Trishuli Rafting are from February to mid-June and September to January, while July and August are characterized by monsoon rains, resulting in high water levels and challenging rapids that make organizing rafting trips difficult. With a rafting grade ranging from 3+ to 4, Trishuli River rafting is considered safe as long as participants adhere to the instructions provided by the rafting guide. Suitable for individuals aged 10 and above, rafters are required to wear life jackets to ensure their safety and enable them to float on the river.
