Manasalu -Narphu -Tilicho Lake- Annapurna Circuit Trek

The Manaslu Annapurna Trek is a 31-day trekking package that offers an opportunity to explore Nepal’s top trekking routes. In this itinerary, the journey combines the Manaslu Circuit Trek, Nar Phu Valley Trek, Tilicho Lake Trek, and the legendary Annapurna Circuit Trek into a single, epic Himalayan adventure.

The Manaslu, Narphu, Tilicho, and Annapurna Circuit Trek is a perfect epic journey through Nepal’s most remote and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. This extended trek blends four distinct trekking routes, each offering unique cultural and natural experiences.

Starting trek with the Manaslu Circuit, trekkers traverse around the world’s eighth-highest peak, exploring secluded villages and crossing the dramatic Larke La Pass (5,160m). It is the most iconic section of the Manaslu Annapurna Trek, leading us to the foothill of the Manaslu ranges, glaciers, Tibetan cultural villages, and monasteries. Witness the unexplored landscapes, vegetation, and spectacular views of the mountain and highlands. From Lake La Pass, the route veers into the Nar Phu Valley, a hidden gem known for its medieval Tibetan culture, ancient monasteries, and stark Himalayan wilderness rarely touched by modernization.

After summiting the adventurous and Scenic Kang La Pass-5322m, the journey connects to the Annapurna Circuit Trek and brings us to Manang Village. Continuing, trekkers join the classic Annapurna Circuit, renowned for its diverse ecosystems, ethnic communities, and dramatic views of Annapurna II, Annapurna IV, Gandapurna, Pisang Peak, Annapurna III, Chuli East, Tilicho Peak, and others. The route includes the challenging Tilicho Lake side trip, leading to one of the world’s highest alpine lakes at 4,919m, set in a surreal landscape beneath snow-capped peaks.

Continuous journey from Tilicho Lake and back to the Annapurna route and bring you to the summit of the Thorong La Pass-5416m, a stunning point for the close-up viewpoint of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Ranges. Descending to the Lower Mustang region, visit Muktinath Temple and enjoy the arid landscape. At the end of the trip, trek to Jomsom, the windiest region of Nepal, via Lupra Village.

This trek combines adventure, cultural immersion, and high-altitude challenge, often spanning over 31 days. It’s ideal for experienced trekkers seeking solitude, spiritual depth, and varied terrain, from lush valleys to arid high passes. Proper acclimatization and physical preparation are essential for completing this unforgettable Himalayan odyssey.
